Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive continuous support of production AI models while collaborating closely with a large team of data scientists and software engineers. Our team focuses on deploying innovative machine learning solutions within complex technical environments, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance throughout the model lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous support and enhancement of models deployed to production applications
- Consult with internal clients to gather requirements and align technical teams around delivery objectives
- Oversee release planning, coordinate releases, and offer hands-on support throughout release windows
- Promote effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams
Required:
- Demonstrated experience implementing production solutions leveraging generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in machine learning model solution design, build, orchestration, and implementation, with a focus on governance and regulatory adherence
- Hands-on experience with GPT 5.x, Langchain, RAG/RAGAS
- Bachelor’s degree
