Job Title: Mailroom Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support mail, package, and facilities-related operations in a busy office environment. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep daily workflows organized, accurate, and efficient while providing dependable support to employees and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up, sort, date, stamp, and deliver incoming mail from multiple sources, including UPS and guard posts.
- Manage package deliveries from multiple carriers and log items accurately in manifest systems.
- Process outgoing shipments for UPS, USPS, and FedEx, and assist employees with mail requests.
- Support additional site operations such as work order tracking, vendor escort services, key access, shipping documentation, and space audits.
Required:
- At least two years of experience in corporate mailroom operations.
- Experience with UPS, Federal Express, and courier services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and internet use.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail for accurate package logging and mail sorting.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including lifting packages and walking throughout the facility.
- Basic computer skills for email communication and manifest logging, along with professional communication skills for interaction with employees and vendors.
