Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team supporting the repair and maintenance of building systems and equipment. Our team ensures a safe, reliable environment by carrying out essential maintenance tasks critical to day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team with maintenance and repair of building and equipment, including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment servicing.
- Perform general interior maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing repairs and lighting system upkeep.
- Complete special tasks as assigned, including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general facility upkeep.
- Remain on call for after-hours emergencies, comply with all safety procedures, and participate in technical, safety, and operational training programs.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Class B UST Certification and a valid state driver’s license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
- Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, possess mechanical and electrical aptitude, and successfully pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.
