Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician opportunity supporting a busy client campus with hands-on building and equipment maintenance needs. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep operations running smoothly through preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and responsive support across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general facility systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, plumbing, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
- Carry out facility inspections and due diligence efforts, and report on conditions that may affect client occupancy and operations.
- Support general interior maintenance tasks, including light plumbing, office furniture repairs, ceiling tile replacement, door repairs, and conference room setup.
- Assist with electrical, lighting, HVAC, housekeeping, and safety-related tasks while maintaining compliance with site procedures and regulations.
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work in a commercial setting.
- Experience troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Experience using a volt meter.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders, with frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving required.
