Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Costa Mesa, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations through hands-on maintenance and repair work. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine light maintenance activities, including filter changes, lighting replacements, site inspections, furniture assembly, and office builds.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using systematic troubleshooting methods and appropriate tools.
- Carry out general building maintenance tasks such as interior and exterior carpentry, drywall repair, light electrical work, light plumbing, and painting.
- Assist with HVAC systems maintenance and repairs, and conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to identify maintenance needs and support safety compliance.
Required:
- Experience with low-level maintenance activities and general building upkeep.
- Commercial experience is required.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with a flexible 1st shift schedule.
- Background check through company’s Standard via Accurate is required, along with completion of an Anduril attestation once the background check is cleared.
- MVR may be required if the role involves use of a personal vehicle; confirmation will be provided at time of offer.
- Degree right out of school.
