Job Title: Manager Accounting Consultant
Location: Beachwood, Ohio (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading organization seeking a Manager Accounting Consultant to support a complex carve-out environment tied to a Mobility spin-off. Our team is looking for a flexible accounting professional who can help maintain accurate reporting, strengthen execution across multiple workstreams, and support a period of elevated demand through April 2027.
Responsibilities:
- Support accounting and reporting activities related to the separation effort and broader carve-out work.
- Assist with balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flow preparation and analysis.
- Contribute to legal entity restructuring, treasury accounting, pension accounting, and transaction-related support.
- Perform ledger reconciliations, data validation, and accounting support tied to system conversion initiatives while collaborating across finance teams.
Required:
- Looking for candidate with good experience in either of the given accounting, Treasury/ Pension/ Benefits and payroll
- Minimum 7-8 years of hands on experience along with a bachelors degree.
- Need someone from Core accounting / finance background.
- SAP / Oracle would be good to have if not they will be trained on.
- Need senior level candidates who have handled Merger and Acquistions of companies and spinoffs or creating new companies from the parent company
- Ability to assist with balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flow preparation and analysis.
- Experience supporting legal entity restructuring, treasury accounting, pension accounting, and carve-out financial statement requirements.
- Ability to perform ledger reconciliations, data validation, and support system conversion initiatives.
