Job Title: Manager, Security Governance, Risk and Compliance

Job Summary: We are presenting an opportunity for anManager, Security Governance, Risk and Compliance who can bring structure, insight, and confidence to audit engagements across a fast-paced professional services environment. Our team is looking to connect a strong communicator who can help manage audit evidence, support remediation efforts, and keep stakeholders aligned from request through resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide audit support for teams undergoing audits, including translation of audit requests and coordination of evidence collection and review.
- Manage the end-to-end process for audited teams by holding consultations, coordinating with auditors, and escalating or refuting potential findings as needed.
- Develop and document plans of action and milestones to support timely remediation of internal audit findings.
- Support issue management activities, oversee deliverables, and provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to junior staff.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with five years of IT Audit or Internal Audit experience within a large professional services environment specializing in IT assurance.
- Experience creating and reviewing IT Audit or Internal Audit workpapers.
- Demonstrated expertise managing the complete issue lifecycle with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience analyzing, interpreting, and assessing IT and security policies to evaluate compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to senior leadership.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills, along with experience providing audit support to auditees preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP preferred.
