Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to drive production engineering initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Our team is committed to delivering effective technical solutions and supporting continuous improvement on the production floor.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
- Collaborate as a member of an Integrated Product Team to integrate technical solutions.
- Support the creation, identification, and implementation of conceptual designs for build and maintain program architecture.
- Interface with professional associations, suppliers, and internal customers to enhance products, skills, knowledge, and experience.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
- Experience working in an engineering discipline.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Regular and predictable attendance with the ability to spend extended periods on the production floor, including climbing ladders or stairs and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Prior experience working in aerospace company is required
