Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Tukwila, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is on the lookout for passionate and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineers to join an exciting and dynamic environment. We focus on process improvement and efficiency to support flight test projects, ensuring every task upholds the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate with program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to develop technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Collaborate with Test Project Management, Design Engineering, and Program IE to create and maintain integrated build plans.
- Coordinate fabrication efforts and lead interactions with procurement and supplier management personnel.
- Lead the development and documentation of processes and tools for flight test programs.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- Minimum of 5 years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Experience with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) analysis and development of build plans.
