Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: San Antonio, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative problem solver with strong engineering expertise to support the integration of complex technical solutions and ensure producibility throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies, ensuring solutions are integrated across multiple disciplines.
- Lead the creation and execution of manufacturing plans, including resolving technical issues that impact cost, schedule, or performance.
- Analyze design and build concepts for producibility and maintain program architecture to support manufacturing objectives.
- Apply lean principles and advanced engineering concepts to validate and ensure production readiness of proposed solutions.
Required:
- Completed advanced technical education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited institution (Bachelor’s degree required; ABET accreditation preferred but not required), along with 5 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (PhD, Master’s + 3 years of relevant experience).
- Proficiency with CATIA/ENOVIA, IVT, and REDARS toolsets as essential technical skills for this position.
