Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Analyst
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is looking for a technical leader who can drive the implementation of advanced Lean principles within the production system, providing valuable insights to reach organizational objectives. We aim to enhance process performance through strategic planning and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex group work sessions utilizing advanced Lean principles to implement production improvements.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of processes and practices against standards.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide feedback on assessment results, identifying improvements.
- Collaborate with organizations to develop strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
Required:
- Understanding of airplane systems with the ability to teach gen2 classes.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, avionics, and flight controls.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related work experience or a Master’s degree with 8+ years, or equivalent.
