Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Analyst
Location: San Antonio, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support data analysis and process optimization within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to create data extracts and actionable insights for analytics research and executive presentations.
- Maintain and improve process efficiency through use of process methods, tools, standards, metric consultation, and data analysis.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams—including staffing, strategic sourcing, and leadership—to deliver data-driven recommendations and support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate workforce approvals, deviations, and changes while providing feedback on assessment results and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including proficiency with formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data and providing recommendations based on findings.
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment, with strong communication skills to engage leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated analytic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
