Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Analyst
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to lead complex group sessions and drive process improvements utilizing advanced Lean principles. Our team relies on effective analysis and process assessment to deliver impactful business strategies and support critical aircraft familiarization training efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead group work sessions using advanced Lean principles, processes, and tools to implement effective production systems.
- Conduct assessments of processes and practices, interpreting data and comparing results to standards and criteria.
- Provide feedback on assessment results, identifying areas for improvement and potential risk.
- Develop strategies, plans, and metrics with organizations to support business objectives and implement actionable improvements.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with typically 10 or more years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree with typically 8 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of airplane systems, with the ability to teach gen2 classes.
- Strong technical knowledge in hydraulics, avionics, and flight controls.
- Ability to work under minimal direction and maintain regular, predictable attendance on a 2nd shift schedule.
