Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to provide on-the-floor support for aseptic operations and help strengthen process robustness, compliance, and operational efficiency. Our team is supporting a role that will focus on continuous improvement, controlled document updates, and data-driven follow-up actions to improve aseptic practices and related outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-the-floor support during aseptic operations and serve as a technical resource for drug product manufacturing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen aseptic compliance, process robustness, and operational efficiency.
- Revise controlled documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and related records, to support process changes and improvements.
- Own aseptic-related deviations and help evaluate call log data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Required:
- Drug product manufacturing experience is required.
- Aseptic compliance and contamination control knowledge is required.
- Outstanding communication skills are required.
- Must meet one of the following minimum qualification paths: Doctorate degree, or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
