Job Title: Manufacturing Tech Specialist, Proc/Prod – Expert
Location: Santa Rosa, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking individuals who thrive in precision environments and are dedicated to upholding rigorous manufacturing standards. Our team is committed to ensuring the quality and consistency of intricate microcircuit components, directly impacting production outcomes and organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Handle delicate and sensitive materials in various forms while maintaining strict process discipline.
- Operate specialized manufacturing equipment such as bonders, pick and place machines, epoxy dispensers, and manual assembly tools.
- Work independently and collaboratively with engineering, trainers, and other team members to achieve quality and production objectives.
- Follow documented quality standards and maintain accurate production records with a strong attention to detail.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient in computer skills and experienced in documentation accuracy, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
- Demonstrated fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination with experience handling small components and using microscopes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and escalate concerns through standardized channels as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous manufacturing background and eligibility to work under US export regulations are advantageous.
