Location: Santa Rosa, California (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality and consistency of microcircuit components by handling delicate and sensitive materials in various forms.
- Collaborate with engineering, trainers, and operators to maintain professional standards and area goals.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, including bonders, pick and place machines, epoxy dispensers, and manual assembly tools, with steady attention to detail.
- Follow strict quality procedures and communicate process concerns through the standardized chain of command.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment and handle multiple materials effectively.
- Strong hand-eye coordination, experience with microscopes preferred, and proficient computer skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for team collaboration, multitasking, and both verbal and written communication.
