Job Title: Manufacturing Tech Specialist, Proc/Prod – Expert
Location: Santa Rosa, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure the quality and consistency of microcircuit parts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our team values strong collaboration, skilled hands-on abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards for sensitive materials and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely and professionally with engineering, trainers, and other operators to achieve area goals and uphold quality standards.
- Operate specialized manufacturing equipment, including bonders, pick and place machines, epoxy dispensers, and manual assembly tools for precise production tasks.
- Follow strict procedures and quality standards while handling delicate and sensitive materials in various forms.
- Work independently under the coordinator’s direction, with attention to detail and steady, deliberate movements to maintain product integrity.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrate skilled hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle and process multiple materials safely and efficiently.
- Exhibit proficiency with computers and experience using microscopes in a manufacturing setting is desired.
- Communicate effectively within a team environment, raising concerns through a standardized chain of command as needed.
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED as the minimum educational requirement for consideration.
