Job Title: Manufacturing Technology Analyst
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)

Responsibilities:
- Lead activities in software design, development, testing, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry, customer, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate the development, enhancement, and optimization of software products and systems integrations, translating user requirements into initial designs.
- Drive troubleshooting efforts, user inquiry resolution, and feedback analysis to ensure the reliability and efficiency of software solutions.
- Oversee software project management and supplier management functions, ensuring deliverables align with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Seven (7) or more years of professional experience in software development lifecycle, including design, development, integration, verification, process/tool deployment, supplier and project coordination, research, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Agile software development using workflow tools and platforms such as VS Code and Gitlab.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing embedded real-time software with C, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or Ada and familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
