Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized professional to play a pivotal role supporting global brand management initiatives within a creative environment. Our team values detail-oriented individuals who excel in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring successful execution of marketing programs and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities:
- Drive communication with internal stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support category strategies.
- Provide training and tools to ensure premium execution of marketing programs and support adoption of best practices globally.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage local travel arrangements, and facilitate timelines and budgets to meet marketing objectives.
- Assist with copywriting, product sample gathering, and shipping logistics to studios in support of brand initiatives.
Required:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with Keynote and demonstrated detail orientation.
- Ability to build strong relationships and respond promptly in communications.
