Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Playa Vista, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are partnering with this company to recruit a Marketing Coordinator for a fast-paced, cross-functional environment supporting product seeding and campaign coordination. This position offers the opportunity to help manage communications, timelines, and process improvements that contribute to effective brand storytelling and partner engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead seeding communications and serve as a central point of contact across cross-functional partners.
- Build and maintain templates, trackers, and order forms to support accuracy and visibility.
- Coordinate timelines and help ensure delivery of seeded product to strategic partners, athletes, and influencers globally.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and process improvements to help scale the function across global regions.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, sports marketing, PR, or seeding coordination.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional communications and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with digital project trackers such as Airtable or Smartsheet is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
