Job Title: Marketing Manager – Mid-Level
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support influencer campaigns and earned media strategies for a dynamic brand marketing team. Our team values proactive collaboration and initiative, offering opportunities to expand skillsets within a broad marketing function.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing influencer and earned strategy, creating engaging multichannel programs and content to drive consideration and engage brand audiences.
- Supervise influencer content in coordination with creative and agency partners, including writing briefs and managing creative evaluation, feedback, and approvals.
- Partner with agencies to discover, vet, select, and contract both ongoing and ad-hoc influencer partners, and help execute earned programming with creative agencies.
- Oversee day-to-day management of influencer and earned budgets, including invoicing, tracking expenses, and monthly budget reconciliation.
Required:
- 4+ years of advertising or marketing experience, either on the agency or client side.
- Solid understanding and use of a range of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, brand-focused feedback.
- Demonstrated interest in retail and the off-price business.
