Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Marketing Operations 3. Our team is dedicated to refining and maintaining the central process hub for merchandising operations, ensuring clarity and operational excellence across workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own and refine the Airtable base to serve as the central hub for merchandising operations.
- Build clarity and shared understanding around CODE processes with comprehensive documentation.
- Support project visibility and execution by maintaining robust project tracking within Airtable.
- Provide operational support for business integration leads, ensuring consistent communication and coordination.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Merch Ops, marketing ops, or business ops.
- Expertise in Airtable, including building, inputting, and maintaining data.
- Strong understanding of merchandising workflows and processes.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.
