Job Title: Marketing Operations
Location: Albany, New York (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting on behalf of this company for a Marketing Operations opportunity that supports seasonal planning, campaign readiness, and cross-functional execution. This position plays a key role in driving clear processes, accurate milestone tracking, and strong collaboration across marketing teams to help deliver on-strategy work on time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead seasonal readiness by guiding the team through marketing CODE gates and maintaining clear visibility into campaign health and milestone progress.
- Support leadership with analysis and recommendations to resolve risks and strengthen delivery across seasonal projects.
- Manage workflow across the campaign and project portfolio, ensuring inputs are completed on time and recorded accurately at key planning milestones.
- Partner across functions to support strategic alignment, budget accountability, and efficient execution of integrated marketing plans.
Required:
- 5+ years of marketing operations experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in brand planning and marketing operations for basketball in footwear and apparel.
- Experience supporting budget management and resource management processes.
- Ability to work in an operations-heavy, strategic, and process-minded role.
- Experience in a highly cross-functional environment with collaboration across teams and leadership.
