Job Title: Marketing Operations
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a highly collaborative marketing operations opportunity for a professional who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments. We are looking for someone who can bring clarity, discipline, and momentum to work across multiple teams, seasons, and approval checkpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operational process across multiple seasons and projects, ensuring work moves forward with clarity and discipline.
- Manage workback schedules, milestones, and readiness across leadership reviews, gates, and cross-functional checkpoints.
- Support collaboration across brand marketing, digital, media, creative, retail, planning, operations, and other internal partners.
- Create tools and artifacts that help align teams, maintain communication, and keep deliverables on track.
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience working in a corporate or agency environment with an understanding of organizational matrixes.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in horizontal management across leadership and delivery teams.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and silos while proactively flagging issues and driving work forward.
