Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic team member to join the design efforts for a renowned company in the sportswear industry. Our team focuses on delivering premium, consumer-relevant brand experiences through innovative materials design, with a strong emphasis on storytelling and strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of materials, palettes, and creative vision for footwear projects.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in materials design and development throughout the product creation process.
- Collaborate with design teams and category partners to ensure alignment with seasonal creative direction.
- Translate cultural and consumer insights into compelling narratives and product executions.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in a design environment working with materials, textiles, and/or color.
- Previous experience in Materials Design, Lifestyle, or Performance sectors.
- Strong digital suite and CAD capabilities, with exceptional presentation and visual communication skills.
