Responsibilities:
- Lead the materials creation process from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with design and performance goals.
- Manage timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve timely delivery of projects.
- Implement sustainable solutions in materials development and maintain quality standards.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and industry knowledge.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in material development, particularly in the footwear industry.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience in making collective decisions.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of work types and manufacturability across different materials.
