Job Title: MCS Associate Quality Control
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our team and support laboratory testing in a regulated environment. Our team is dedicated to executing high-quality analytical assays and maintaining compliance with industry standards to ensure product quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Execute cell-based potency assays and ligand-binding assays to support release and characterization testing of drug substance and product.
- Perform routine bioassay testing for stability studies, including sample preparation, assay execution, and data analysis.
- Accurately document test results in compliance with GMP requirements, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare reagents, standards, and controls, while maintaining and operating laboratory equipment such as plate readers and automated liquid handling systems.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of work or military experience, or an associate degree with 6 months of work or military experience.
- Proficiency in core laboratory techniques, including accurate pipetting, preparation of serial dilutions, and general assay setup.
- Working knowledge of QC/GMP practices, including proper documentation, data integrity, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- General understanding or hands-on experience executing cell-based assays and/or ligand-binding assays in a laboratory setting.
