Job Title: MCS Senior Associate Quality Assurance
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a high-impact quality assurance opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can provide real-time, floor-based oversight in a GMP manufacturing environment. Our team is seeking someone who can partner closely with Manufacturing and Facilities & Engineering teams to help maintain compliance, support documentation review, and contribute to the execution of quality systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide purposeful presence on the floor and deliver real-time quality assurance support in manufacturing and facility areas.
- Review electronic batch records, evaluate compliance issues, and help ensure quality records progress to completion.
- Support SOP revision and approval, work order approval, and quality approval of minor deviations.
- Serve as a quality liaison for projects and daily operations within a matrixed team environment.
Required:
- Ability to work fully onsite in Thousand Oaks, California.
- Willingness and flexibility to rotate shifts every 6 months, including day, swing, and graveyard schedules as needed.
- Experience in a GMP environment with hands-on quality assurance or manufacturing experience, preferably in biotech.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to make quality-based decisions to ensure compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed SOPs, maintain training, and apply good documentation practices.
- High school/GED plus 2 years of work experience, or associate’s degree plus 6 months of work experience, or bachelor’s degree.
