Job Title: MCS Senior Associate Quality Assurance
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a quality-focused professional to support GMP operations and quality oversight within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our team is seeking someone who can help maintain compliance, review critical documentation, and support continuous progress of quality records to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily quality oversight and support for GMP and GDP operations in manufacturing and facilities environments.
- Perform electronic batch record reviews, SOP revision and approval, work order approval, and quality approval of minor deviations.
- Maintain purposeful floor presence, evaluate compliance issues, and recommend appropriate actions to support resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to support projects and drive quality records to completion.
Required:
- High school/GED plus 2 years of work experience, or Associate’s degree plus 6 months of work experience, or Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in a regulated GMP environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or food industries.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or quality operations and working in a high-volume, highly cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, escalate issues appropriately, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
