Job Title: MCS Supply Chain Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to support warehouse-based biopharmaceutical manufacturing through effective material handling and process compliance. Our team prioritizes precision, safety, and collaboration in all operational activities to ensure the smooth delivery and dispensing of critical materials.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) while completing material handling and dispensing tasks.
- Safely operate powered industrial vehicles for material transport and staging as needed, with training provided on-site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shipping, dispensing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse and production environment.
- Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of operational risks and participate in safety programs and process improvement efforts.
Required:
- High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 2 years of work or military experience, or an associate degree and at least 6 months of work or military experience.
- Ability to work various shifts, including day, swing, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by production schedules, and adaptability to rotating shift assignments.
- Proven attention to detail, proactive approach to tasks, and strong teamwork and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
- Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs, push and pull heavy loads using material handling equipment, and work under cleanroom conditions.
