Job Title: MCS Supply Chain Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our biopharmaceutical manufacturing by ensuring timely and accurate processing, dispensing, and delivery of materials. Our team values operational excellence, attention to detail, and adaptability within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices while processing, picking, and dispensing materials for manufacturing facilities.
- Safely operate Powered Industrial Vehicles as required, following onsite training, and perform material handling tasks within a warehouse setting.
- Identify, escalate, and support resolution of operational risks related to dispensary and warehouse activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete related tasks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, safety programs, and operational excellence projects, including participation in regulatory inspections by presenting information to auditors as needed.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of work or military experience; or an associate degree with at least 6 months of work or military experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience is required, demonstrating attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under general direction, adapt to varying shifts including day, swing, weekend, and holiday schedules, and lift up to 35 lbs. or push/pull heavy loads with material handling equipment.
- Commitment to safety, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn and support warehouse functions related to shipping, dispensing, and material movement in accordance with procedural guidance.
