Job Title: Medical Affairs Operations and Planning Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized professional to support the operational activities and project initiatives within the Medical Affairs function. Our team values collaboration and effective communication in driving key projects and maintaining seamless vendor and contract management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end operational support for vendor management, including contract initiation and execution.
- Support activities related to HCP/HCO engagement management, ensuring accurate and timely administration of consulting agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, build, and maintain detailed project trackers, dashboards, and reports for major initiatives.
- Manage and maintain a cloud-based filing system for critical team documents and resources.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Medical Affairs operations with at least 2 years of experience preferred in Medical Affairs.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), project management tools, and contract management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization and among leadership teams.
