Job Title: Merchandising Operations
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are focused on enhancing the merchandising operations by driving seamless seasonal execution and providing support for leave coverage. Our team strives for excellence by collaborating across different functions, ensuring smooth operations and optimizing data management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support the merchandising sport category and manage seasonal execution.
- Collaborate with merchants and cross-functional teams including sales, planning, and supply chain.
- Lead projects and evolve processes within the merchandising operations.
- Troubleshoot daily operational issues and act as the point of contact for Geo Sport & Territory Merchants.
Required:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a merchandising, retail, or project management role.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data management systems such as SAP and MMX.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with experience in project management systems like Smartsheets.
