Job Title: Midstream Operator
Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico (On-site)
Job Summary: We seek dedicated professionals to help drive operational excellence through the safe and efficient management of production and injection wells, compressors, and field equipment. Our team values a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration to achieve daily objectives across all assets.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and receive pipeline pigs following operational procedures.
- Collect operational readings and communicate findings effectively to ensure accurate data flow within the team.
- Assist with equipment isolation, repairs, and maintenance on field operations equipment.
- Maintain assigned facilities to company standards while adhering strictly to all company policies and procedures.
Required:
- Experience in oil and gas field operations, compression systems, or related industrial environments is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are essential for the position.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- This position requires a commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
