Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Our team prioritizes efficient, safe facility operation while delivering timely repair and maintenance throughout the property.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and installed systems.
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, interior/exterior repairs, grounds, and production equipment.
- Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
- Utilize CMMS systems, including Corrigo, for tracking and updating all work performed, and submit daily receipts for purchases.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, including HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Valid state driver's license and willingness to join UFCW 951 union.
