Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Jenison, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking technical experts to join our team and drive efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring facilities operate safely, effectively, and with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for mechanical, electrical, and installed systems.
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interiors/exteriors, grounds, and production equipment.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence reporting on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for documentation and update work order status in real time.
Required:
- Supermarket rack refrigeration experience.
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum four years of technical experience in building engineering with strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair/maintenance.
- Valid state driver’s license and willingness to join UFCW 951.
