Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We provide an essential opportunity to operate, inspect, and maintain the full range of mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in a commercial facilities setting. Our team ensures all equipment operates at peak efficiency, maintains safe environments, and upholds the highest standards for building systems reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, and other installed systems and equipment.
- Inspect and repair interior and exterior areas including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, lighting, grounds, and related building and production equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment histories, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to update work order status in real time.
- Conduct due diligence and facility inspections, report issues impacting client occupancy/operations, and support a safe and efficient operating environment.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum of four years of technical experience covering HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance in a building engineering capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration equipment and understand overall system design and applications.
- Valid state driver’s license and availability for occasional call-in work as needed.
