Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Holland, Michigan (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production systems across assigned facilities. Responsibilities:
- Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair all HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production systems within the assigned properties.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility systems, equipment, and building interior/exterior components.
- Complete facility inspections and due diligence tasks, ensuring conditions support satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo, updating work order status in real time and submitting required daily receipts.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience covering all aspects of building engineering, with strong skills in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair and maintenance.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and be available for call-in work.
