Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Washington Township, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple retail locations. Our team values technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and efficient maintenance practices to ensure optimal building performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems across multiple facilities.
- Ensure proper operation and upkeep of HVAC systems and associated equipment, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and part replacement.
- Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors and maintain responsibility for facility services, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Comply with departmental policy for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials, and maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems, including HVAC.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
