Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Dayton, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to operate, inspect, and maintain building systems and equipment across assigned facilities. Our team is focused on ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of facility operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, and production equipment.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, interior/exterior property elements, and related grounds.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to update work order status in real time and submit P-card receipts daily.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, specializing in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Valid state driver’s license and availability for call-in work.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration, including supermarket refrigeration systems.
