Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Traverse City, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support the reliable operation, maintenance, and inspection of critical building systems within a leading facility environment. Our team values technical excellence, efficiency, and commitment to high-quality building operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems across assigned facilities.
- Operate, inspect, and maintain all equipment and systems to optimize functionality and minimize downtime, including interiors, exteriors, and related production equipment.
- Utilize CMMS (such as Corrigo) for real-time work order management, updating statuses, and maintaining accurate records of services performed.
- Conduct facility inspections and document conditions impacting client operations, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Required:
- Demonstrated supermarket rack refrigeration experience (mandatory).
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum of four years technical experience in building engineering, emphasizing HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair, and maintenance.
- Valid state driver’s license and availability for call-in work as required.
