Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Rochester Hills, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary: We deliver expert maintenance and repair for HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to keep facilities running efficiently and safely. Our team is focused on ensuring operational excellence by anticipating maintenance needs and fostering effective problem-solving for all equipment and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, and production equipment systems throughout assigned facilities.
- Monitor and maintain all building infrastructure, including interior and exterior repairs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Document work, update work order statuses in real time using CMMS systems such as Corrigo, and escalate issues as needed.
- Promote and maintain safety by completing hazard assessments, adhering to safety protocols, and participating in required safety meetings and trainings.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, including strong expertise in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation to complete site-based work assignments.
