Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Norcross, Georgia (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional for a critical facilities operations role. Our team values technical expertise and hands-on skills to ensure building systems operate at optimal performance across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs for mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to meet applicable standards at various facilities.
- Travel between assigned facilities to ensure the functionality and compliance of building systems and equipment.
- Maintain responsibility for preventative maintenance, inventory control, procurement, and oversight of contracted maintenance activities.
- Comply with all safety procedures, recognize hazards, and suggest improvements to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years’ experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification; candidate must obtain EPA Universal Certification if not already held.
- Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel.
