Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production systems within assigned facilities. Our team is focused on delivering safe, efficient facility operations and minimizing equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and prompt repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, and other installed systems or equipment.
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, building interiors/exteriors, and related grounds as required for assigned buildings.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting any findings that may impact client occupancy and operations.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Corrigo for all assigned work, and submit receipts and updates promptly.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification, or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, including hands-on skills in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Valid state driver’s license and availability for call-in work as required.
