Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Austin, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled technical professional to maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at various client sites. Our team is dedicated to ensuring efficient, reliable, and safe facility operations while delivering targeted support for building maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple client locations.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to track and update work orders in real time, ensuring accurate documentation of tasks completed.
- Conduct facility inspections, report on property conditions affecting client operations, and address interior/exterior repair needs including lighting, fixtures, roofing, and flooring.
- Respond to on-call and after-hours service requests as necessary, maintaining thorough records of maintenance and repair activities.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, including HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive company van to assigned sites within the Austin metro area.
- High school diploma or GED.
