Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Reno, Nevada (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled facilities professional to support a portfolio of properties in Reno, NV, with a strong focus on HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep critical systems operating safely and efficiently while responding to preventive and repair needs across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and components.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, plumbing systems, electrical distribution equipment, building interior and exterior areas, and related grounds.
- Support facility inspections and due diligence efforts, and report on conditions that may affect client occupancy and operations.
- Update work order status in real time, submit P-card receipts daily, and use CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four years of technical experience across building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications, with experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- High school diploma or GED required; valid state driver’s license required; must be available for call-in work and other assigned duties.
