Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Brewster, New York (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Mobile Engineer to help keep multiple facilities operating safely and efficiently through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support. We are partnering on an opportunity where the selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining critical building systems, supporting preventative maintenance, and responding to day-to-day service needs across locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
- Travel between multiple facilities to support proper operation and functionality across locations.
- Support preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance oversight, and general maintenance activities.
- Inspect, clean, calibrate, and replace parts on HVAC systems and associated equipment; record readings and make necessary adjustments.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Ability to analyze commercial or industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, diagnose malfunctions, and perform corrective actions.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, plus a valid driver’s license.
