Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (On-Site)
Additional Location: Preferably someone located in the East Valley, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Mesa
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled facilities professional to support the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment in a fast-paced environment. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep critical HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems running safely and reliably while supporting day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior and exterior areas, grounds, and production equipment.
- Complete facility inspections and due diligence efforts, and report conditions that impact client occupancy and operations.
- Use CMMS systems such as Corrigo, update work order status in real time, and submit P-card receipts daily.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications, plus experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- High school diploma or GED required; must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license; must be available for call-in work and other duties as required.
