Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are working with a company seeking a skilled facilities professional to support the safe, efficient operation of critical building systems across assigned sites. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and keeping equipment running reliably to support day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior and exterior elements, and related grounds and production equipment.
- Complete facility inspections and due diligence efforts, documenting as-found conditions that may affect client occupancy and operations.
- Use CMMS systems such as Corrigo, update work order status in real time, and submit P-card receipts daily.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- Valid state driver’s license and availability for call-in work.
