Job Title: Mobile Engineer HVAC/R
Location: West Chester , Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support our facilities by maintaining, operating, and repairing HVAC/R systems and related equipment. Our team ensures a safe, efficient, and continuous operation of critical infrastructure by carrying out preventive maintenance and resolving technical issues as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, and production systems.
- Carry out inspections, troubleshoot issues, and repair or replace interior and exterior building components as required.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to update work order statuses and ensure proper documentation of completed tasks.
- Comply with safety standards and company protocols, including participating in scheduled safety trainings and completing hazard assessments.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
- Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Experience with 480V 3-phase electrical systems and availability to be placed on an on-call rotation as required.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to safely operate a vehicle as part of daily responsibilities.
